Job Description Head of Infrastructure for Africa WYG International is a leading socio-economic and technical consultancy, catalyzing change in societies to improve the quality of life of people throughout the world. We have completed over 300 large multi-disciplinary assignments covering most of central and eastern Europe, Russia and the CIS, Turkey, the Balkans, Central Asia, North and Sub-Saharan Africa, and parts of the Middle East. Our current turnover of projects exceeds We work in partnership with stakeholders in government, the private sector, NGOs and citizens groups, offering local solutions to meet local needs. Our projects are funded by the donor agencies, with a heavy focus on DFID and Europeaid.  Our success in accessing the DFID Framework Agreements and our strategy to build our business in  Africa means we are looking to appoint a Senior Manager to act as Head of Infrastructure for Africa to lead on consolidating our portfolio of projects in the fields of transport, water and sanitation, urban development and environment/climate resilience infrastructure.  We have a highly successful, £30 million, infrastructure practice in the Western Balkans region, where we are providing technical assistance to the Western Balkans Infrastructure Facility, working with stakeholders to develop a pipeline of quality infrastructure projects in the environment, transport, social and energy sectors. Our aim is to extend this success into Africa.
