Malawi is a Scottish NGO supporting sustainable economic development in the North of Malawi, Our current projects are in agriculture and tourism and we are funded by voluntary donations and the Scottish Govt, Our vision is to establish and grow sustainable businesses to provide a hand up to smallholder farmers and others in the rural areas 

To support existing projects and work with the Executive Director (based in Scotland) to develop new areas of work 

Be educated to degree level, Have proven experience of business development, Have proven experience of writing business plans, Be financially literate, Have excellent spoken and written English, Be IT literate, Have experience of building and managing relationships with govt officials, business leaders and village Heads, Be positive, enthusiastic and energetic, Be committed to personal learning and development, Be able to work independently, working to plan with clearly defined goals, Be available to travel by motorbike throughout the North of Malawi 

This is a senior post which will be reflected in the salary that is offered.  We are looking for an exceptional individual and we are able to offer excellent prospects for growth and development in the post
