Quality Assurance Supervisor – Eaton Towers – Lilongwe 

To ensure that the company’s quality, safety, health, environmental and risk management systems are implemented maintained and adhered to according to best practice standards at all levels of the organisation.  It will be required to develop, manage and operate all functions relating to quality assurance 

Appropriate Diploma with Certificates in implementing, Auditing and maintaining ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 management systems 

At least 5 yrs telecom experience within a SHERQ environment with a minimum 3 yrs in a management position, Understand customer SLA requirements, tower specifications and minimum quality standards 

Good understanding of Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental and Risk management systems with appropriate training in the implementation management and auditing of business management systems and how to execute this in  a practical manner on a day to day basis 

Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point 

Identification of non-conformance and possible non-conformances, managing the corrective and preventive action through to successful implementation and closeout, Evaluate and monitor the competencies of sub-contractors, Provide advice and guidance on quality-related issues when and where appropriate, Responsible for the defining , implementing, training and auditing of Site Build documentation and processes, Monitor and manage document change control procedures such as non-conformance to specification and additional certification required in the event of remedial work executed or additional, unusual installation done, Ensure Site build processes and documentation is being adhered to, Report non-conformance of ISO and health and Safety standards to management, Ensure that all Site Survey processes and TSS documentation outputs are as per standard Operating Manual, Ensure that all site build documentation is copied and field at HO for future reference
