Logistics Associates – 2 posts – USAID/Deliver Project 

Confirm and vet monthly distribution lists for family planning and malaria commodities, Follow up missing/late requests from DHOs, Reconcile Proof of delivery (POD) forms from SDP/Transporter – reporting on distribution activities, Liaise with warehousing provider to manage stock receipts/issues/stock count information, Report on planned and executed activities to HTSs, USAID and other stakeholders, Ensure that the Guidelines for the Storage of Essential Medicines are adhered to by the warehousing provider,  Analyse past distribution – volume and destination – to project future distribution requirements, Report on regular and as-requested basis on progress made to the DCD and the CM, Assist with the writing of monthly and quarterly reports to Project Headquarters, MOH and USAID, Perform other duties as assigned 

Degree in Logistics or equivalent, 5 or more yrs experience in stock receiving, warehousing, delivery scheduling, distribution and transportation management, preferably with pharmaceutical products, Experience in coordination and communication with govt programs and donor organisations, Good verbal and written communication skills, A proven ability to work as  a part of a team but self-managing of own time, demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
