Supervision of the HMR, take away, convenience foods and restaurant, Buying quality raw materials and expense items according to customer requirements, Identifying ideal stock levels of all items purchased in the unit, Preparing and costing of a range of quality fresh food products, Drawing up production plans on a daily/weekly basis that ensures no out of stock, Devising new products, recipes and meals that continuously brings excitement to customers, Maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping in the unit, Providing training to staff on issues of hygiene, safety, product knowledge and customer service

Candidates should have at least an MSCE plus a Certificate in Food Production issued by the Malawi Institute of Tourism with at least 3 yrs experience as a Chef/HMR Supervisor and/or cook, Candidates with working experience gained in the hotel industry will have an added advantage, An attractive salary and benefits will be offered to the successful candidate
