Monitoring and Evaluation Officer – 4 posts – Lilongwe, Blantyre, Zomba, Mzuzu city Division Offices

Is a mid level technical and program management position responsible to implement MERIT information systems, processes, and protocols for collaboration with and support to counterpart staff in MoEST divisions, districts and zones for education monitoring and evaluation, field data collection, data quality assurance, and reporting of findings and performance results, The M&E Officer will direct, coach, train and supervise the project M&E Assistant

Bachelors Degree and 5 yrs of experience in project/Ministry program management, monitoring and evaluation, training or technical support to Gov of Malawi staff, Professional experience in education or training program management is a plus
