Hamad International Airport (HIA) is the hub for the rapidly expanding international Qatar Airways network. About Your Job:
This role supports the PMO Manager to project manage the initiation and on-going monitoring of one or more projects within a programme or portfolio. The role works with customers and stakeholders in contracts, procurement, facilities management and strategy to identify solutions, qualifying, prioritize, register, initiate procure and monitor on-going execution.

The role provides project management coaching and support to operations managers and teams. It is also accountable for distributing progress, financial and exception reports to PMO Manager, Programme Review Board and Change Board.

This role develop and maintain project documentation as well as lead the planning and monitoring of activities associated with the project.

It requres liaising with stakeholders, suppliers and local authorities to identify best practice to support project outcome delivery.

About You:
To be considered for this demanding role you must be a university graduate with a degree in Engineering, Project Management or equivalent and have minimum 5 years experience in project management or project support (Non -IT) for a busy project office of which at least 3 years supporting a PMO.

Ideally you will have a qualification in project management methodology such as Prince or experience using Microsoft Project along with project experience in a project deployment or implementation capacity.  You must also have strong English communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
