Honey Products Industries and Impact Agribusiness are startup Malawian social enterprises working to empower young people to participate in agribusiness enterprises while creating triple bottom line social economic and environmental impacts, through the Honey Mini-Franchise Business model.  The partners are recipients of the 2014 SEED Africa Awards and Sankalp Africa 2015 Award Finalists.  The partners are planning to expand their operations in Kasungu, Nkhotakota, NKhatbay, Mzimba and Rumphi districts.  Opportunities for the youth have since arisen in the enterprises as below

Production Assistant (Kanengo, Lilongwe)

The Production Assistant will handle manual jobs associated with receiving, packaging and distribution of honey.  The position holder will work to ensure compliance with production standards and maintain clean production facilities at all times.  We are looking for an energetic honest and passionate young person to join our honey packaging team.  Candidates should hold a minimum of an MSCE with previous.  Those with previous experience working in food manufacturing factories, including honey filing lines, will have an added advantage
