Qualification:
1) Education
• University degree in Human Resources Management, Education, Business Administration, Statistics, International Relations or a relevant field.
• The individual should be highly proficient in a range of PC/web applications, including but not limited to: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and Lotus Notes.
2) Work experience
• A minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management, with experience in HR system configuration and launch, including communication to end users.
• It is preferable that the individual has experience with, or in, multilateral institutions.
• Experience in HR change management processes an asset
3) Specific Technical Knowledge Required
• Expertise in the use of HR Management Systems
• Expertise in HR data analysis and reporting
• Development of training materials as related to HR Systems
