CNFA is an enterprise development organisation based in Washington, DC dedicated to stimulating economic growth in the agricultural sector by nurturing entrepreneurship, private enterprise and market linkages.  CNFA specialises in fostering private sector investments in training, new technologies and marketing as  a means to increase the overall competitiveness of agriculture/livestock value chains, to expand experts and to develop skills in the rural workforce, CNFA assists smallholders in increasing household level food security and nutrition through improved agricultural/livestock practices, introduction of new varieties, diversification of crop production, food preservation and storage, development of farmer-based organisations (FBOS) and strengthened linkages to markets 
Food safety, climate smart agriculture and environmental compliance, Fishery (pond creation, feed, fingerling propagation; water quality) 

Human Health and nutrition in the areas of 
Human Health and hygiene, Nutrition messaging, Public Health, Nutrition policy, Dietary diversification, Behaviour change communication 

Postgraduate degree in one of the following or  related field, Agriculture and Rural development, Agricultural Economics, development Studies, Public Health, Human Health, Nutrition Minimum of 5 yrs working experience in agriculture, rural development and/or nutrition, Work experience in Malawi, Fluency in English
