Human Resources Officer- Blue Financial Services Limited
To advise on and implement HR policies relating to the effective use of its asset of people within the organisation, S/he will ensure that the organisation maintains the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience and that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance in order to achieve the employer’s business goal and objectives
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or Public Administration, must have at least 1 yr experience in general HR management in a busy and private sector environment, must be computer literate in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point, Must have good communication and written skills, Must have good supervisory skills, must be mature and with high level of integrity, must have good knowledge in labour relations and constitution legislation
Acting as an advisor to management on labour relations issues, Coordinating disciplinary and grievance procedures as per Blue’s policies and procedures, Preparing Payroll for VIP Sage system, Taking part in Performance Management for staff, Preparing monthly HR reports
