Position Overview An Account Executive is the bridge between the company and clients and are the first point of contact for clients. The position responsibility is to meet and exceed sales goals for an assigned portfolio of accounts by promoting and selling training services through professional, consultative sales techniques and long term relationships. The role holders will also work as part of a team and are required to ensure team success. Role and Responsibilities 1. Sales & Revenue Collections 2. Customer Service & Client Relationships 3. Marketing initiatives and opportunities 4. Portfolio Management & Reporting Key Performance Indicators  of achieved sales target  Generating a strong and healthy pipeline Increased market visibility of TBL products  Improved Quality of customer service.
