Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist – 1 post – Lilongwe Project Officer – Infonex Corp

Is the senior technical project management and leadership position for MERIT monitoring an devaluation, S/he will direct, train, coach, and supervise the M&E Team in its support to Ministry counterparts for the planning and implementation of education data collection, monitoring an, assessment and reporting of MERIT performance and results achievement, The ME&L Specialist will assure the quality, fidelity, timely and analysis and quality reporting of all project data

Masters Degree and 5 yrs of experience or Bachelors Degree and 10 yrs of experience in project/Ministry monitoring and evaluation at middle and senior levels, preferably in primary education or training programs
