Work closely with the finance Manager to ensure smooth operation f all finance matters, Input accounting data into the accounting system with speed and accuracy, Plan, organize and manage own workload to ensure your contribution to the company’s monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner, ensure swift payment of invoices, cheque payruns to Service Providers and processing of tax related payments, Caschbook maintenance, Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, Resolution of finance related queries, Assist with end of yr preparation and procedures, Provide financial support to team members, Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role 

PAEC/ICAM Diploma in Accounting coupled with a minimum of 3 yrs working experience within a busy finance dept and ability to manage high volume workload, Basic understanding of accounting processes and procedures, Good level of competence in Excel, Word and Outlook and computerised accounting software especially ACCPAV, Good organisational skills  used in planning own work, Self motivated enthusiastic, meticulous and ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
