Identifying and sensitization of relevant community stakeholders using local networks on project plans and implementation approaches, Training local stakeholders in various technologies and interventions as outlined in the project plans, Provide technical inputs and actively facilitate adoption of integrated natural resources management and climate smart agriculture, Facilitate mainstreaming of cross cutting issues including Gender, Support capacity building needs assessment and build community and individual capacities at networking, management and technical skills using strength based approach

Diploma in Agriculture/Natural Resources Management with 2 yrs working experience or Certificate in Agriculture with more than 5 yrs from accredited institutions by Malawi Govt, Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, word processing and spreadsheets, Good interpersonal, coordination and facilitation skills, Working experience in participatory methodologies, At least 2 yrs working experience in integrate river basins/catchment conservation works, Valid motorcycle licence
