Managing Executive: Information and Billing Services
Telekom Networks Malawi (Plc) seeks for a high caliber individual to join its Executive Management team on the position of Managing Executive, Information and Billing Services.
The Managing Executive, Information and Billing Services reports to the Chief Executive Officer, and is responsible for directing the Information Services, Business Systems and Billing
Services Divisions’ operations in line with the TNM Business Strategy.

Individuals with the following minimum qualifications and experience are encouraged to apply:
- BSc Degree in Information Technology or equivalent. A Masters qualification in any relevant field will be an added advantage.
- Eight (8) to ten (10) years of relevant experience.
- Management of Information Technology or Business Information Systems at managerial level. Experience in telco Billing management or similar experience in the FMCG Industry will be an added advantage.
IT and Billing job related Knowledge and experience required:
- Data centre virtualisation (servers, storage, networking and virtualisation and cloud).
- Systems security and compliance.
- Operating systems and database management.
- Project management.
- Financial management.
- BCP and DRP.
- IS Governance.
Job related skills required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to present complex reports.
- Strong leadership skills, and ability to lead and manage diverse teams.
- Strong work ethic, high integrity and positive attitude.
- Keen attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to plan work programs and identify problems or issues.
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers/vendors.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
