The job shall include performing duties in developing company’s procurement standard control systems, policies and procedures on procurement and supply chain in the procurement Dept, The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the executive Director of Finance
 
Controlling the whole cycle of procurement of general office supplies, project equipment, assets and consumables be adhering to self procurement standards, Dealing with key international suppliers, Working with suppliers to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost effectively, Contract Management and negotiations, Ensuring efficient procurement of goods from offshore supplies including clearing of goods with the MRA, Production of all procurement reports required by the company, Dealing with the modern technology and managing online systems such as e-auctions and e-tendering, Understanding and keeping up with new trends and regulations in the business, Formulation of company procurement budget, Coordinate the preparation of strategic procurement plans, Cutting any waste and unnecessary costs to create a streamlined process and fast production lines, Administration of the procurement staff
 
Bachelors Degree in procurement or any other relevant degree, Minimum of 3 yrs experience in similar position, Chartered Institute of Procurement

Minimum of 5 yrs work experience in loan recoveries, Good acumen and finance and accounting as well as working knowledge in a Microfinance or banking operations would be an added advantage, Excellent communication good analytical skills and computing skills, must be a committed Christian, Proficiency in MS Office, minimum qualification of Diploma in Accounting
 
Reporting to the Branch Manager
 
Work in close cooperation with Branch angers, Loan Supervisors, to prepare the bad loan recovery plan, and strategy, Work closely with Loan Officers and Loan Supervisors n implementing the recovery plan and strategy including performing regular follow up and collect the default loan  and written-off loans, Assess the loan arrears problems and classify the areas clients on their willingness and paucity to repay and prepare/suggest appropriate solutions, Maintain in professionally and ethically as to comply with appropriate collection practices  in following up and collecting the bad debt loans, Make possible agreement with default/written off loan clients to get clients commitment on date and amount to be repaid and take wise action in professional and ethical manner to collect the bad loans, Work closely with the supervisor BMS, Risk & Compliance team to identify root cause of loan delinquency operational lapses and pitfalls practiced by branch and recommend for improvement of loan quality, Perform other tasks as requested/assigned by supervisor

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager will take full responsibility for online product quality control in the factory, maintain and conduct testing in the laboratory as well as supporting the business in maintaining quality management systems including food safety standards by ensuring that procedures already in place are maintained to meet the high standards demanded by our customers

This position requires an individual qualified to a minimum diploma level in  a natural science field level with proven experience in a quality assurance role, ideally within a food manufacturing company with exposure to product testing, A working knowledge of ISO food quality standards is highly desirable Knowledge in food safety and hygiene is essential as is attention to detail and the ability to work under their own initiative, Excellent communication skills as well as basic computer skills are also essential
