Food Aid Monitors – 3 posts – CADECOM Blantyre
Conduct community mobilisation and sensitisation meetings, Conduct beneficiary targeting, Conduct beneficiary verification, Conduct beneficiary registration, Administer onsite, post distribution and other monitoring an devaluation tools, Ensuring distribution exercises and dissemination of key message are conducted according to procedures, Conduct data entry of monitoring and evaluation tools, Set up of beneficiary feedback and complaints mechanism,, Any other official duties as may be assigned from time to time, Reporting on all monitoring and evaluation key findings for effective and timely decision making
Diploma/Certificate in development Studies, M&E or an related field, At least 1 yr of relevant work experience in implementing similar projects, Experience in data collection, monitoring and evaluation, Experience in training and facilitation of CMDRR, Excellent interpersonal communication and facilitation skills, Ability to work within tight deadlines
