Based in Washington DC, ACDI/VOCA is an international development organisation that delivers technical and management assistance in agribusiness, financial and investment services, enterprise development and food security to promote economic growth

Agricultural Production Systems Director – develop capacity of producers to indentify and respond to domestic regional and international business opportunities in target value chains, Facilitate inclusive supply chains linking producers to value added markets, Scale up commercially viable agricultural service delivery and extension models,
Minimum 10 yrs of relevant and progressive level work experience in the area of agronomy, agribusiness and/or agricultural trade and investment Proven knowledge of production and agribusiness systems in Malawi

Business Services Director – develop capacity of business development service providers to identify and support investors, entrepreneurs, and producer organisations to pursue market and investment opportunities, Facilitate development of sustainable supply chains, develop market driven and sustainable models for delivering capacity building and organisational development services,

Minimum of 10 yrs of relevant and progressive work experience in developing countries in the area of agronomy, agribusiness and/or agricultural trade an investment, proven knowledge of agribusiness systems in Malawi
