DAPP – Development Aid from People to People is a non-governmental, non-profit making organisation with works with communities in Malawi by promoting social and economic development through health, education training, agriculture and food security, fundraising and environmental programs seeks applications from newly qualified Bachelor of Accountancy degree graduates to be employed as Management Trainees for its Finance Department, This has arisen due to the on-going expansion plans to strengthen management portfolios in the Finance Department, Successful candidates will be given hands on training in various section of the Finance department for pa period of 24 months Upon successful completion of the training programme, they will be appointed substantively to eh Finance Middle Management positions
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Good interpersonal and communication skills including tact and diplomacy, Organisational and planning skills with attention to detail and accuracy, Computer literate preferably in Microsoft office applications and internet, Excellent with analytical skills and able to collaborate with multi-departmental team, Ability to work with minimum supervision and odd hours including weekends

Be in-charge of the grants administration of the TB Mulanje and TB Thyolo programs funded via TB Alert UK, compilation and submission of M&E periodic reports regarding TB Mulanje and TB Thyolo to the Head, Grants Administration and the Senior Partnership Officer responsible for Health, Be responsible for the coordination of M&E activities and collection of data in the HTC program being implemented by DAPP in Mulanje and Thyolo, Secure that all donor goals and demands are always achieved and adhered to, Secure the implementation plan is updated on a monthly basis together with the staff and ensure that challenges are solved and reported to DAPP NHQ/Sector Leader and responsible people, Secure that all data is collected and entered correctly as per data entry equipments for the project
Bachelors Degree or Post Graduate qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation, Science or Mathematics, Good interpersonal and communication skills including tact and diplomacy, Organisational and planning skills with attention to detail and accuracy, Computer literate preferably in Microsoft office applications and internet, Excellent with analytical skills and able to collaborate with multi-departmental team, Ability to work with minimum supervision and odd hours including weekends, Minimum 5 yrs working experience in relation to health, Those who have worked with TB Alert before will have an added advantage
