Expert nº 2 – Category I, Water Engineer
Specific experience in the management of infrastructure projects in the framework of a multidonor co-financed framework will be an asset for any of the experts.
The composition of the team of experts should be balanced to enable complete coverage of the different aspects of project evaluation (evaluation methods and techniques) as set out in these terms of reference, including cross-cutting issues (environmental sustainability, gender equity, good governance and human rights).
The team, as a whole, should possess a sound level of knowledge and experience in the WASH sector and evaluation of projects. Previous successful experience of the experts working in the same team will be an asset.

Expert nº 2 – Category I, Water Engineer
- University degree in hydraulics engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 12 years of extensive and relevant experience in the field of the present evaluation, including urban water supply systems
- a solid and diversified experience in their specific field of expertise
- experience in the region (years of experience may vary per expert irrespective of their position on the team);
- full working knowledge of English language, according to specific requisites below and excellent report writing
- fully conversant with the principles and working methods of project cycle management for, at least two of three experts including the Team Leader;.
