Project Title: Final Evaluation of the Maputo Water Supply Project

General Experience:
- A solid and diversified experience in their specific field of expertise
- Experience in the region (years of experience may vary per expert irrespective of their position on the team);
- Full working knowledge of English language, according to specific requisites below and excellent report writing
- Fully conversant with the principles and working methods of project cycle management for, at least two of three experts including the Team Leader;
- Specific experience in the management of infrastructure projects in the framework of a multidonor co-financed framework will be an asset for any of the experts.
- Sound level of knowledge and experience in the WASH sector and evaluation of projects.
- University degree in sociology, economics or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of extensive and relevant experience in the field of the present evaluation, including social impact of water supply systems and/or urban planning issues
- Full working knowledge in Portuguese language
