Project Coordinator – 1 post – Ntchisi East Coffee Growers Cooperative Society
The position entails to coordinate and successfully implement USADF EEI funded project, The Coordinator will be reporting to the Cooperative Development Manager
Develop a detailed activity implementation plan based on the projects requirements and outcomes, Plan, organise and coordinate farmer trainings and meetings, Plan, coordinate and monitor project activities, Conduct trainings in sustainable coffee practices and Cooperative management, Supervise project activities and ensure timely and proper implementation, Gather, update and monitor data, Generate field activities and all reports to be submitted to donors or at meetings, Carry out any other duties as assigned by management from time to time
Diploma in Agriculture or in other relevant field from a recognised institution, Minimum of 2 yrs in Agriculture in coffee production or Tree crops, project management, planning and coordinating, Extensive knowledge and experience working with rural communities, Strong report writing skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, Strong interpersonal and motivational skills and ability to work under minimal supervision, Ability to ride a motor bike
