Assistant Accountant
Assistant Accountant – College of Medicine Sports Complex – Blantyre
Reporting to: Finance Manager
Assist in the preparation of management accounts, Assist in the preparation of audit schedules, debtors and creditors reconciliations, General ledger maintenance Fixed asset register maintenance, Preparation of weekly sales and break-even reports, Debt collection, daily banking, mange petty cash, bank reconciliations, Preparation of payment vouchers, Prepare tax returns (VAT, WHT, FBT, PAYE), Conduct month-end and ten days stock counts, Data entry in the accounting system, Reconciliation of function sales
Diploma in Accounting from PAEC/ICAM, 2 yrs experience in a similar position
