RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
IRG is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist to design and manage M&E and information systems. The Specialist will ensure that all activities are in line with the Agency Learning, Evaluation and Research policy ensuring that impact reporting includes cost/benefit analysis of interventions.
MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least a Master’s degree in business, economics, statistics, international development, or related field
- At least 5 years’ technical experience in developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation plans and results based management
- Must demonstrate at least 3 years’ work experience in developing countries
- Excellent oral and written English language communication skills. Local language skills are an advantage
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in Malawi or the region preferred
