Post : Mobile X-ray Van Coordinator
Grade : I
Reports to : Care and Treatment Officer
Location : Lilongwe/Mzuzu/Blantyre/Zomba/Mangochi 
Overall responsibilities:
The MobiIe X-ray Van Coordinator: under guidance from the Care and Treatment Officer in the National Tuberculosis Control Program, is responsible for coordination, mobilization, screening for TB (in the High risk population) and overall management of the mobile van activities. S/He is also responsible for proper administration of SOPs prepared for this purpose.
Duties:
  • Organise, plan and schedule for daily TB screening activities within specified locations.
  • Organise, train and allocate duties to team members before, during and after TB screening sessions
  • Oversee the TB screening process, including patient flow, organization and management of the screening facility.
  • Prepare monthly , quarterly and annual plan for Mobile van activities
  • Undertake implementation of TB screening as planned
  • Work closely with zonal and district TB officers
  • Compile monthly reports as per the outline provided by M&E team
  • Assist in interpretation of radiological and lab results
  • Ensures proper linkage with nearby health facility for patient referral
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Applicants should be serving health professionals at (Grade l) with four years experience working with the Ministry of Health.
  • Bachelor of Science in Clinical Medicine, Nursing from a recognised institution.
  • Two years’ experience above in clinical service for TB and HIV patients
  • Good understanding of basic monitoring and evaluation concepts,
  • Understanding and familiarity of public health issues.
  • Specific TB knowledge is desirable
  • Ability to travel up to 40 % of the time within the regions.
Post: Mobile Van Community Mobilizer
Grade: I  
Reports to : Mobile Van Coordinator 
Location : Lilongwe/Mzuzu/BIantyre/Zomba 
Overall responsibilities: 
The mobile van community mobilizer under guidance from mobile van coordinator is responsible for mobilizing the community and provision of information to the public within a specific location before, during and after mobile van operations. S/He is also responsible for proper administration of Standard Operating Procedures prepared for this purpose.
Duties:
  • Mobilize the public targeted for ACF in urban setting.
  • Organise, register and control the persons selected for TB screening at the site where mobile van is stationed.
  • Undertake symptomatic TB screening for targeted population
  • Facilitate provision of service in the mobile vans
  • Directing patients, facilitate referrals within and between mobile van and health facilities
  • Assist in compilation of monthly reports
Post: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Grade:  H
Reports to: Program Manager
Location : Lilongwe
Overall Responsibilities 
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer: under guidance from the national M&E technical assistant is responsible for design monitoring evaluation system of the project. The following are detailed roles and responsibilities of the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Nascomex is looking for district Sales Agents from the following districts; Dedza, Mchinjl, Mzimba, Ntcheu, Salima and Kasungu.
The National Smallholder Farmers’ Association of Malawi (NASFAM) works with over 165,000 smallholder farmers geographically spread in 19 districts of Malawi. Nasfam offers diverse range of services to its members including; input marketing and crop marketing through its commercial entity, Nascomex. ln an effort to serve members better, Nascomex has various agro-processing facilities and has the following products on the market; Nasfam Kilombero rice (White Rice), Nasfam kilombero Gold (Brown Rice), NasPorridge (Broken Rice), Farma Nuts (Raw Nuts), NasNuts (Roasted, blanched and salted Nuts), Variety Beans (Red Kidney, Kamtauzgeni, Sugar beans) and Zikometso Chilli Sauce (Hot and tasty sauce).
Nascomex currently distributes its products in the three cities; Mzuzu, Lilongwe and Blantyre and would like to expand the distribution into the districts of Dedza, Mchinji, Mzimba, Ntcheu, Salima and Kasungu.
Responsibilities
  • Identifying the profitable outlets in the district and link them to Nascomex for supplies
  • Help Nascomex in competitions’ analysis.
  • Conducting products audits in all retail outlets to reduce stock-out situations.
  • Providing Nascomex with customer feedback.

Director of Operations (1 Position, Grade M2)

Job description.
The Director of Operations (DOO) will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:
  • Planning and coordinating the procurement and uplifting of oil from the ports of Beira, Nacala and Dar es Salaam;
  • Managing fuel supply contracts;
  • Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Security and Environmental safeguards;
  • Ensuring compliance with Energy Regulations;
  • Championing preparation, updating and implementation of the company’s Strategic Plans;
  • Overseeing repair and maintenance, of Strategic Fuel Reserve and other depots;
  • Preparation and implementation of Annual Capital and
  • Revenue Budgets for the Operations Department;
  • Recruitment, supervision and appraisal of Operations staff;
  • Championing implementation and reporting on Approved Reforms for NOCMA;
  • Liaising with Government and other stakeholders on oil industry issues.
Position: Security Assistants (3 Positions) Grade PP2
Duty station: Blantyre, Lilongwe and Mzuzu Strategic Fuel Reserve Depots.
Operationally reporting to Security Officer and administratively to the Depot Manager.
Specific Responsibilities
  • Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment and access points, and entry points.
  • Preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures and restraining trespassers.
  • Monitoring and coordinating daily activities of security service providers.
  • Completing security reports to the Security Officer by recording daily site observations, information, occurrences, surveillance activities etc.
  • Maintaining a secure environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
  • Ensuring operation of security equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Job Title: Security Officer  (1 position at Grade PP1)

Reporting to Health Safety Security and Environment Manager.
Specific Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing systems and procedures aimed at strengthening security at all NOCMA depots and sites.
  • Overseeing the selection, orientation, development and retention of security staff.
  • Managing contracts with security service providers by participating in contract negotiations, providing training to, and supervising, guards of the appointed security company.
  • Coordinating activities of the security section.
  • Identifying, analyzing, classifying and managing NOCMA’s security risks.
  • Taking the lead in investigating and managing security related incidents.
  • Preparing monthly security reports for management.
  • Assisting in identifying, mobilizing and managing security systems for all NOCMA sites i.e. CCTV, alarm systems etc.
  • Preparation, implementation and tracking of Security budgets.
