JOB TITLE: Programme Officer

Role Overview
The Programme Officer shall be responsible for facilitating programme planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation and impact assessment of thematic programmes and projects in line with the LRP strategy,CSP,AAI strategy, and thematic strategies and priorities at LRP level, including identification and facilitating organisational development of partners, community mobilisation, general administration and sponsorship. The Programme Officer deputises the Programme Coordinator in all LRP functions and also acts as focal person in their regions in line with their thematic competencies
JOB TITLE: Fundraising Officer
LOCATION: Lilongwe
REPORTING TO: Head of Fundraising and Communication
Role Overview
The holder of the position shall be responsible for effective implementation of the Resource Mobilization strategy to maximize ActionAid’s income. The individual will support the identification of project funding and the development of project proposals, in line with AAM strategic objectives and Resource Mobilization Strategy. S/he facilitates the development and maintenance of partnerships; Projects fundraising with a diverse range of funding agencies like AAI affiliates for Projects, foundations, trusts, and individuals, corporate, bilateral and multilateral donors. She/he will be reporting to the Head of Fundraising & Communications.
Project Coordinator (Maternity Cover – 5 Months)
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the Project Management Unit (PMU), overseeing day to day planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation to achieve the defined project objectives/ outcomes in line with the approved tender mandate and Project Document. S/he will work closely with the target District Councils. S/he will be responsible for project budget tracking, monitoring and compliance with contractual requirements.
