The Customer Care Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent Customer Care Service at all FINCA Malawi branches

MAJOR ACTIVITIES
- Develop and implement customer service standards to all FINCA Malawi branches
- Develop customer service and related banking procedures and tools
- Monitor customer service in the branches and ensure complinance with customer service standards
- Develop and implement performance indicators measuring customer satisfaction
- Work closely with branches to continually improve customer service deliver
- Train on Customer Service Standards and how to provide excellent customer service
- Develop and mentor Customer Service Officers
- Develop and implement branch appearance standards and ensure uniformity accross all branches
- Stay abreast and share best customer care practices in Malawi and internationally.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Minimum Diploma (Degree preferred) in Business/ Banking
Language:
- English and any other local languages
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years working a deposit taking financial instituition on customer care
- Minimum 2 years management/supervision
Functional skills:
- Analytical Skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Comminucation – Oral and Written
- MS Office – Word and Excel
- Report Writing
