The Customer Care Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent Customer Care Service at all FINCA Malawi branches

MAJOR ACTIVITIES


  • Develop and implement customer service standards to all FINCA Malawi branches
  • Develop customer service and related banking procedures and tools
  • Monitor customer service in the branches and ensure complinance with customer service standards
  • Develop and implement performance indicators measuring customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with branches to continually improve customer service deliver
  • Train on Customer Service Standards and how to provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and mentor Customer Service Officers
  • Develop and implement branch appearance standards and ensure uniformity accross all branches
  • Stay abreast and share best customer care practices in Malawi and internationally.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

Education:      
  • Minimum Diploma (Degree preferred) in Business/ Banking
Language:
  • English and any other local languages
Experience:     
  • Minimum 3 years working a deposit taking financial instituition on customer care
  • Minimum 2 years management/supervision

Functional skills:
  • Analytical Skills
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Comminucation – Oral and Written
  • MS Office – Word and Excel
  • Report Writing
