Card Products and Services Officer
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the above post in our Cards and e-Banking Division in Blantyre.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Card Business Manager. The duties to be performed will, among others, include the following: –
- Developing card products and conducting reviews of card product payments and services, card payments infrastructure and POS services.
- Managing cards portfolio for credit and debit cards.
- Monitoring credit card repayments and resolving queries regarding credit card operations.
- Providing merchant and dealer support.
- Implementing the card compliance and risk management programmes according to the regulatory, Visa, and MasterCard rules, guidelines and standards.
- Monitoring card performance on both local and international markets.
Interested applicants should be holders of a degree from a recognized university with a bias towards Information Technology/Computer Science, Banking, Business Administration or any related field with at least three years’ experience in card issuance, card switch management and banking. Those with certification in Card Systems or Digital Money will have an added advantage.
