Purpose of the Position
To provide leadership in effective management of sponsorship within a district as an asset for development through community led child monitoring and protection while ensuring adherence to sponsorship standards, procedures and policies thereby meeting sponsor transformation.
Major Responsibilities
Planning and implementation
- Ensure that community-led sponsorship activities within a district are integrated in programme interventions
- Lead in conducting meetings among programme staff and other TP coordinators to ensure RCs benefit from programme interventions communication
- Conduct periodic assessments to determine programme interventions are done in areas where children including registered children are.
