PURPOSE OF POSITION
To implement P&C Strategy in the NO Business Unit and partners with Senior Leadership and managers in support of strategic business objectives. S/he advises and coaches managers and employees in all elements of employee life cycle and talent management, including identifying current and future people implications. The Senior BP works collaboratively with the P&C Director to develop and deliver integrated HR solutions, including workforce planning, reporting, performance management, succession planning, employee relations and leadership development. S/he will also deputize the Office of the P&C Director.
