Payment Channels and Core banking Specialist
Location: IT Department, Head Office, Blantyre
Job Purpose
To support Flexcube core banking system and electronic channels which include Internet Banking, Cheque Point, Automated Transfer system CATS) and SWIFT.
Job Profile
This is a managerial position that requires skillful individuals with high level of maturity and responsibility. The successful candidate will report to the IT Manager.
Key Performance Areas
- Support payment channels including Internet Banking, Cheque Point, Automated Transfer System and SWIFT.
- Support Flexcube Core Banking System.
- Project Management
Competencies
- Advanced technical knowledge of Flexcube Core Banking System.
- Experience in supporting payment channels
- Advanced knowledge in database management tools;oracle and SQL
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work odd hours
- Ability to handle pressure.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field plus 5 years minimum experience in the Banking industry.
