Social & Community Relations Analyst
Job Scope
  • Conducting community campaigns and sensitization on the railway accidents as recommended in the Environmental Management Plan (EMP)
  • Ensuring the participation of the communities in the implementation of social programs
  • Implementing an action plan for Stake Holder Engagement
  • Attending and solving community member grievances
  • Updating and validating the community data base
  • Attending Community and District councils meetings.
  • Supervising compensations exercise by the district councils.
Health & Wellness Analyst
Job Scope
  • Facilitating Entry and Routine Employee medical examinations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to occupational health.
  • Handling CEAR’s medical insurance in liaison with preferred service provider.
  • Responsible for first aid management.
  • Acting as first contact of employee injury and sickness.
  • Conducting routine OHS inspections in conjunction with Safety Analysts.
  • Conducting health talks and sensitization campaigns in conjunction with safety analysts.
Communications Analyst
Job Scope
  • Managing media Relations
  • Planning Public Relations strategies and campaigns.
  • Management of CEAR website and social media channels.
  • Designing, writing and publishing CEAR articles both online and offline.
  • Helping the Communications and Corporate Image Manager in the development of annual plans and budgets.
  • Organizing CEAR’s Public Relations events such press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits.
  • Managing CEAR’s media library.

Supervisor(Rolling Stock projects)
Job Scope
  • Modifying and improving existing equipment
  • Ensure wagon reliability and availability.
  • Carry out benchmarking studies aimed at improving company productivity.
  • Ensure that rolling stock is accident free.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Self-Motivated individual
Supervisor (Operations Projects)
Job Scope
  • Implementation of signalisation for the Northern and southern rail network.
  • Modifying and improving the existing equipment.
  • Management of Energetic Efficiency.
  • Carry out benchmarking studies aimed at improving company productivity.

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English a must
