Territory Sales Manager (Sales Dept)
Job Purpose
To manage territory retail sales and distribution activities including management and supervision of distributors, channel partners, subscriber acquisition, retention, dealer relations, and related financial performance in order to achieve revenue, quality gross additions and market share growth targets. The incumbent will also monitor territory sales and distribution performance in relation to business goals.
HR Manager: Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development
Job Purpose
Responsible for talent acquisition; developing, coordinating and implementation of the Company’s Human Resources capabilities in liaison with business functions in order to guarantee the development of high standard competencies and capacity pipelines according to business needs. The position also handles employee engagement.
PROCESS, REPORTING AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER (SUPPLY CHAIN DEPT)
Job Purpose
To manage and control all aspects of SCM processes, reporting and compliance to set rules and guidelines as contained in the SCM Blue Book. In addition, she/he will responsible for the internal customer and vendor satisfactory by ensuring that SCM meets set KPIs
GOVERNANCE MANAGER (CORPORATE DEPT)
Job Purpose
To support the Managing Director in the execution of the governance engagements at the OPCO, ensure circulation and embedding of internal assurance learning’s and also timely closure of open audit and risk issues. To enhance the speed of response to emerging business requirements from the governance perspective. To enhance the awareness of fraud risk in the organization and assist in the implementation of the Fraud Risk Management Strategy of the organization.
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER: REWARDS AND PERFORMANCE (HR DEPT)
Job Purpose
Manage the whole life cycle of the employee within Airtel and balance the individual needs and company needs by creating a clear link through shared goals and objectives and assist user departments in managing their resources. Facilitate the design, deployment and implementation of the Performance Management process aligned with Airtel Africa Performance Management System.
