ROADS SUPERVISOR — CENTRAL REGION OFFICE.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervising Construction and Maintenance of Roads & Civil Works
Preparing Cost Estimates, Programme of Works and Work progress Reports
Preparing Resource Requirements Roads and Civil Works
Planning for day to day works
Supervising Subordinates
Any other duties as assigned by the responsible officer from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Diploma in Civil Engineering or City and Guilds Technician Diploma in Construction with 2 years Minimum experience in a busy Road Construction Industry
NCIC foremanship Certificate Levels 1 & 2 plus Malawi School Certificate of Education with 5 years experience in a busy Road Construction Industry
Must be Between 25-35 years of age.
STORES SUPERVISOR — EASTERN REGION OFFICE
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Checking Receipts and Certifying Stores Receipt Vouchers and Stores Credit Notes.
Ensuring that Certified Stores Receipts Vouchers and Invoices are timely sent to Accounts.
Checking Stock Issues, Transfers and Certifying Stores Requisitions and Way Bills before goods are released.
Ensuring that purchase requisitions are timely prepared and certifying them before submitting them to Management, through the Principal Stores Officer, to Management and the Procurement Unit.
Ensuring that manual stock records (Bin and Ledger Cards) are timely updated.
Ensuring that stocks are being reconciled i.e matching closing balances on manual stock records and stock valuation against physical stock.
Initiating and organizing for sport checking n fast moving items.
Ensuring that fuel is timely recouped and that it is being reconciled.
Printing and filing monthly stock transaction reports e.g stock valuations.
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Principal Stores Officer.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
MSCE
Graduate Diploma (Level 6) in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (UK).
Must be Between 25-35 years of age
