Monitoring and Evaluation Officer - Early Childhood Development Project - Lilongwe 
Reporting to Programme Quality and Effectiveness Manager
Role holder will support Programme and Project Coordinators in monitoring and evaluation in line with Accountability Learning and Planning System (ALPS) and Early Childhood Development (ECD) Project monitoring and evaluation impact assessment framework 
Leading role in enhancing monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment within Action Aid Malawi in line with ECD Project directions within the ECD Project Monitoring and Evaluation Framework, Enhancing and taking forward the process of innovation, programme learning and sharing within and without AAM and with partners, Supporting the process of research at various levels, Supporting LRP/Projects in strategic plan development in line with CSP IV ensuring that ECD Project has M&E framework for the project plan, developing and implanting of M&E/IA system within ActionAid Malawi, Support in coordinating programme reviews at national, Projects and partner level, Working with Technical leads, Programme/Project Coordinators to design adequate an defective M&E/IA of policy and campaign work, Strengthening of capacity of project staff in M&E/IA 
Bachelors Degree or equivalent in the field of study related to the job, Minimum relevant working experience of 3 yrs in M&E Programme Development, Early Childhood Development, Research and Policy, Computer literate in word processing spread sheet, statistical and graphic packages, As a position for national programme support, this position requires a person who is conversant with multi sectoral approach as reference has to be made to Strategic Plans, Accountability Learning and Planning  Systems (ALPS), Local Finance policies and Procedures and other documents

Programme Accountant - 2 posts - Lilongwe 
Reporting to Finance Manager 
Role holder will  work closely to support the Finance Manager for joint TB/AHIV and AIDS (Global Fund0 in the oversight and management of grants from the global Fund (GF), Will be responsible for management and oversight of budgets (including sub recipient budgets), preparation of financial reports, and maintenance of master agreement files, In addition, the position holder will be responsible for compliance with accounting policies and Global Fund requirements, ensuring that accurate, complete and reliable financial information is maintained in the financial information is maintained in the financial systems (SUN) and ensure an effective and efficient control of project assets and cash flow to minimize receivables and currency revaluation losses
