The Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued as a full and open competition, USAID anticipates awarding one firm fixed price contract to the successful applicant
If you decide to submit a Proposal in response to this solicitation, it must be submitted in accordance with the instructions of the RFP at the designated place and time indicated therein, All Proposals shall be submitted by email after the closing date and time will not be considered eligible for evaluation or award, unless there is acceptable evidence to establish that the quote was received by USAID prior to the time and date specified in the solicitation
Please note that issuance of this RFP does constitute any guarantee that a contract will be awarded nor does it constitute authorisation by USAID to directly reimburse costs incurred in the preparation of the proposal and associated supporting documentation package
