Personal Assistant – Carlsberg Malawi Limited
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer
Responsible for supporting management attain the organisation’s strategic and operational objectives by providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative services
Travel Arrangements – Making travel arrangements for Board of Directors, Management and Staff, Booking and follow up on flight costs, arranging accommodation and processing Visa Applications
Manage Company Documents – Typing official letters and maintaining an effective filing system
Process Temporary Employment Permits for all Expatriate employees – Providing assistance to expatriate staff in getting TEP’s and to ensure all the TEP’s are up tp date under the HR supervision
Assist with Board meeting arrangements and Company Secretarial duties – Arranging external director’s travel and accommodation, Organise all board meetings
Provide administrative and Secretarial support – Ensuring that the offices are run smoothly and correspondences are being managed in time
Diploma from a recognised institution in Secretarial or Business Administration , Solid professional experience (not less than 5 yrs) in an executive office, You should be conversant with Microsoft Suite of products – Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Internet, Ability to exercise diplomacy, etiquette, tactfulness and sensitivity, Strong command of written and spoken English, Ability to critically assess, review, critique and correct text is a MUST, Ability to work under pressure
