Human Resources Officer

Human Resources Officer – PSI Malawi

Manage staff leave, Update and maintain all personnel files, Timesheets managements, Manage PSI Malawi  staff savings account, Assist with preparation for disciplinary hearings, Assist management of annual contract renewals and non renewals, Management of HR Management System, Ensure employees are conversant with HR policies, Work with HR Manager on staff health and safety issues and staff compensation, With guidance of the Human Resources manager assist with management of PSI Malawi Pension and Group Life Schemes, Prepare and conduct staff inductions, Assist in planning and monitoring of HR manpower requirements

Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or equivalent with at least 5 yrs of practical experience in a busy organization, Experience in utilization of any human resource management system and appreciation of the country’s Labour laws and other related Statutory regulations

Assistant Finance Officer

Assistant Finance Officer – 3 posts
Diploma in Accountant or Financial Management with 2 yrs experience in Financial Management
Must have a good understanding of GAAP, Must have a good understanding of accounting packages preferably QuickBooks, Good communication skills, Good interpersonal skills, Must be a team player and result oriented
Re-class journal vouchers, Prepare common costs journal vouchers, Enter payments, receipt and journal vouchers in the system, Compile VAT claims and follow with relevant authority, Prepare WHT for payment, Update CTL information on website for web based report, Extract inventory information for CTL, manage stock reports, Consolidate stock count reports from warehouses, Reconcile sales receivables Enter sales invoices, clear sales receivables in the system, Follow up prepaid expenses, Enter prepaid expenses, Enter invoices, reconciles payable and clear invoices in system

Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse – 8 posts
Assist Clinician and Lead Surgeon during VMMC procedure, Monitor clients’ condition, Ensure IP measures are followed, Assist in managing VMMC Outreach Clinics
Degree in Nursing and Midwifery with a minimum of 2 yrs hospital setting practical experience, Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery with a minimum of 5 yrs hospital setting practical experience, Must be registered with Nurses and Midwives Council of Malawi

Good communication skills, Must have analytical, facilitation, negotiating and problem solving skills, Must be a self starter, team player and result oriented
