Security Sergeant
Person Specification:
- Malawi School Certificate of Education or its equivalent
- No criminal record
- Physically and mentally fit
- Good command, control and supervisory skills
- Investigations and intelligence skills
- Between 30 and 40 years of age
- Hardworker and ready to work during odd hours
- Those with military or police background will have an added advantage
Job Specification
- Supervising Guard Commanders and Guards at duty station
- ln-charge of all security operations at duty station
- Inspecting Security equipment and facilities and handling defects
- Conducting investigations and reporting cases to police
- Ensuring that the station property and premises are secure
- Devising rosters, detailing daily duties and compiling monthly Security reports
- Giving advice/guidance to station management on security matters.
