Job Specification
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process
- Update leave, remuneration, promotions and disciplinary records
- Assist in the Pension Administration of staff
- Assist in maintenance and adherence of the terms and conditions of service and relevant policies and regulations
- Provide monthly staff statistics and assist Management on manpower forecasting and succession plans

Job Specification
- Manage the process of identifying, assessing, monitoring and reporting of risks affecting the Company’s business.
- Advise on investment opportunities and use of appropriate financial hedging instruments.
- Evaluate internal control systems and risk mitigating factors and recommending improvements on weaknesses.
- Monitor the Company’s financial risk management plants and programs.
- Participate in the process of developing risk management policies and procedures.
- Develop risk limits for specific tasks and submitting the same for review to the Chief Risk Management Officer.
