Assistant Human Resources & Administration Officer
Person Specification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, Humanities and Business Administration or its equivalent obtained from a reputable institution.
  • Should be analytical and possess excellent leadership, organization and time management skills
  • Ability to apply and interpret regulations to current situations and have excellent skills in Microsoft office software
  • Aged between 25 and 45 years
  • Should have at least 2 years hands on experience
Responsible to Human Resources & Administration Manager
Job Specification
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process
  • Update leave, remuneration, promotions and disciplinary records
  • Assist in the Pension Administration of staff
  • Assist in maintenance and adherence of the terms and conditions of service and relevant policies and regulations
  • Provide monthly staff statistics and assist Management on manpower forecasting and succession plans
  • Assist in identification of training needs in the company and recommend areas requiring training
  • Keep records of all injuries sustained on duty and duly reported to the Workers Compensation Commissioner
  • Ensure that staff health and wellness is maintained by relevant welfare amenities
  • Maintaining HR records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, tracking vacation, sick and personal time
  • Orient new employees, by providing orientation information packets, reviewing policies and other HR information

Refrigeration Assistant
Person Specification
  • Minimum MSCE, National Trade Test Grade 1 in Refrigeration and Air conditioning
  • Minimum of five years’ experience
  • Aged between 25-30 years
  • Sober Mind and physically fit
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Ready to work odd hours, over weekends and public holidays

Risk Management Officer (Financial Operations)
Person Specification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management/ Accountancy/ Business Administration/ Economics from a recognised university
  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience in Risk Management or related field
  • Applicants with experience in the Power industry will have an added advantage
  • Aged between 25 and 40 years
  • Mature with demonstrable ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills, a team player and results oriented
Responsible to Chief Risk Management Officer
Job Specification
  • Manage the process of identifying, assessing, monitoring and reporting of risks affecting the Company’s business.
  • Advise on investment opportunities and use of appropriate financial hedging instruments.
  • Evaluate internal control systems and risk mitigating factors and recommending improvements on weaknesses.
  • Monitor the Company’s financial risk management plants and programs.
  • Participate in the process of developing risk management policies and procedures.
  • Develop risk limits for specific tasks and submitting the same for review to the Chief Risk Management Officer.
  • Maintain a risk register for financial operations of the Company.
  • Develop annual risk management plans for the financial operations of the Company in line with the Strategic Plan.
  • Prepare annual financial and other resources budget for the Risk Management — Financial Operations Section.
  • Perform any other work related duties as my be assigned by the Chief Risk Management Officer
