As the Specialist Learning and Development – Language Development you will be responsible for delivering and facilitating group language training focusing on English training packages in accordance with an agreed training plan. You will ensure that people are equipped with the required language skills to support the business in achieving its objectives. The incumbent may also be involved in Arabic language training as tasked by their manager.
You will deliver and facilitate our training programs to a world class standard using adult-learning and learner focused techniques. You will also assist in the design and development of training materials based on best practice Learning & Development methodology.
Your coaching techniques will improve employee performance based upon an agreed action plan. You will assist in the identification of training needs and design and develop relevant training modules.
About Your Job::
You will have a University education, preferably a Masters Degree in a related discipline relating to English language education. You are an expert with over 7 years’ experience in designing, and delivering training and hold a formal accreditation in training.
Your ability to relay information to a diverse group of people will be an advantage in our multi-cultural environment. You are able to coach people into success with you highly sophisticated communication and inter-personal skills.
