Location : Lilongwe and Zomba
Qualifications
- Applicants should be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Geology or Earth Sciences obtained from accredited institutions.
Duties
- Evaluate on mineral resources, geological mapping; conduct research on applicability of various geological methods in the search for mineral deposits, participate in oft-going research activities in the department,
- verify accuracy and consistency of geological data both in the field and computer data entry stages, etc.

Post: Parks and Wildlife Officer (Grade I)
Salary: Within the Grade I salary scale segment
Location: Parks and Wildlife Offices
Qualifications
- Applicants should be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in either Wildlife Management, Natural Resources Management, Environmental Science or Forestry Management obtained from accredited institutions„
Duties
- Provide support in managing all technical requirements for monitoring and evaluation;
- Collect information from Ministries progress in implementing Cabinet directives and national policies;
- preparing progress status reports; Handling Cabinet related correspondences, etc.
Note:
Documentary evidence of major requirements specified in the advertisement shall be needed during interviews. Serving officers will also be required to demonstrate during the interviews that they are permanent and pensionable officers in the Civil Service by producing letters of confirmation in appointment in addition to letters of appointment (PSR 19).
