Illovo Sugar (Malawi) Ltd, Nchalo Estate situated 80km from Blantyre invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the following position in the Agriculture Department
Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture Engineering or related fields, Knowledge of Sugarcane agriculture will be a distinct advantage, Ability to motivate subordinates, Excellent leadership skills, At least 2 yrs experience in an agricultural management post
Planning, implementing, organising and monitoring care growing activities for maximum sugar production, Creating, compiling and controlling material and labour budgets for the section, Setting an controlling performance standards for section supervisors, capitaos and general workers, Training needs identification for staff as tool for motivation and continuous improvement, Enforcing work place Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) measures
