Processing and Administration Strategy, Align with operational plan by prioritising and delivering projects, Enhance product development and optimise process by improving quality/product and internal efficiencies, Ensure targets are met and that key technology, systems and processes are continuously optimised to drive productivity, Ensure business-wide police, brand and other standards, regulatory, governance and compliance are met, identify risks arising from the business/projects/environment etc and mitigate to optimise value
Manage Stakeholder Relationships and results - Build mutually beneficial and rewarding relationships with clients and deliver relevant products and services to enhance the Bank’s image, Strong working relationships with managing Director, other senior executives, Board, peers and direct reports, - enabled acceptance of ideas and plans - enhancing business performance, develop strong, constructive and productive working relationship with all other stakeholders, earn their trust in order to enhance Nedbank’s reputation and business performance, Meet internal stakeholder requirements by managing and delivering on projects, Ensure that the Subsidiary is aligned with Nedbank Rest of Africa Agenda and with the appropriate stakeholders within the Group through communication and constant contact
Build a High Performance Culture - Facilitate the strategy by ensuring that suitable numbers, skills, roles and responsibilities exist, Achieve Bank culture objectives by monitoring and managing staff morale and targeted progression, Widely understand the business vision, strategy, goals and value sand align everybody towards delivery on commitments, Value, understand and integrate all functions, Have the right people in the right position and build a strong talent/succession bench, Be visible, engage and energise the entire business through e effective communication and net personal energy
Diversity and Change Management - Champion a differentiated culture, innovation and continuous improvement for business success
Establish strategic direction, Business savvy, Financial acumen, Operations Management, Driving Execution, Leading Change, Business administration and management, Problem solving, judgement, and effective decision making
Business related Bachelors Degree and a Chartered Accounting Qualification (ACCA) and a relevant Masters Degree
