Lecturer in Language and Communication

Project nurse Manager


Kamuzu College of Nursing, a constituent college of the University of Malawi with funding from National Institutes for Health in USA, is implementing a Mzake andi Mzake HIV Prevention project in Phalombe, The project will help volunteers to bring an HIV program to their communities, The college is therefore, seeking to recruit Project nurse Manager
This is ao1 yr fixed term contract job renewable on satisfactory work performance and availability of funds.
Reporting to the Principal Investigator (PI)
Maintaining field office and coordinating its activities, Supervising Research Staff, Organising and facilitating training, Data management, Monitoring and evaluating Project implantation, Producing Project reports, Coordinating and linking up with various stakeholders including District and Community Committees and Project management team
Registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, At least 2 yrs experience in Community Health Nursing, Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a diversity of personalities, Computer literate, A self starter and able to work with minimal supervision, Experience in Project management will be an added advantage e
