Agriculture Program Manager
Provide daily planning, organization, supervision and Administration of activities within the impact area of the organisation
Candidates must possess a degree in agriculture, Horticulture or Crop/Plant, Candidates must have 5 yrs of work experience in a similar position, Candidate must be computer literate, Candidates must have a clean driving licence
Forward planning, Making sure that work progresses satisfactorily, Assist farmers in procuring farm inputs and finding market for the produce, Work through lead farmers to mobilize local farmers to increase productivity of produce per person and per area of cultivated land, Work through lead farmers to mobilize local farmers to increase productivity of produce per person and per area of cultivated land, Identify lead farmers within the impact are of the organization, Formulate strategies to mobilize farmers to adopt improved methods of farming
