Role overview
| To support the establishment of a teacher continued professional development centre of excellence at Chiradzulu Teacher Training College |
Skills, qualifications and experience required
| Masters qualification, experience in capacity building of teacher trainers, teacher continued professional development and education management. • Knowledge and experience in strategies for educational leadership, school effectiveness and improvement and integration of new/innovative approaches to improve learning outcomes |
| The position is dependent on availability of funding. The applicant would be required to start as soon as funding is secured and would be required to provide their own laptop. Please note that the whole project is for 12 months and the volunteer commitment is 8 to12 months with possibility of extension to 15 months |
