Purpose of the position:
To implement National WV Malawi advocacy, Child protection, Christian Commitment and gender & inclusion initiatives, at the zonal level;, aimed at seeking and promoting justice for the children, the poor and the marginalized in addressing the root causes of poverty and injustice, in the context of WV Malawi’s vision, mission, core values, and strategic priorities. The position will also seek to promote and strengthen child participation spaces, assist the functioning of community structures in local level advocacy, influence the formulation and implementation process of public policies and programs that address the rights and wellbeing of children, conduct awareness raising, and develop partnerships with public institutions, Civil Society Organizations, and involvement in networks involving children.
