LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Laboratory Technician is responsible for organizing, coordinating and controlling all VCT Laboratories to ensure smooth integration into the existing clinics and that high-quality clients /patients care is provided Monitoring of VCT key performance indicators and ensuring achievement of set standards_ Responsible for management and supervision of laboratory VCT Team Members to ensure efficiency and increased productivity
GRANTS AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
The Grants and Compliance Manager is a member of the senior management team of BLM and is responsible for coordinating the financial reporting aspects of all projects of the organisation. The person will be working hand in hand with the finance team and operations team to ensure that obligations relating to reporting and compliance are adhered to as per signed contracts and sub-agreement with funding partners

BCCI OFFICER
JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the BCCI Manager, the Communications Officer is responsible for supporting effective and efficient planning, prioritizing, coordination, implementation, documentation, monitoring and evaluation of BLM’s corporate and programs communications, social marketing, Behavioural Change Interventions (BCCI), Sexual & Reproductive Health and HIV/AIDS service demand creation programs
PROJECT ACCOUNTANT
JOB FUNCTION
The position exists to provide support to programs by ensuring that they have functional budgets, up to date financial reports and projections whilst meeting donor regulations, guidelines and deadlines for financial reporting. The Project Accountant works hand in hand with the Finance Team and Program Team to ensure that obligations relating to financial reporting and compliance are adhered to as per signed contracts and sub-agreement with funding partners. Overall, the Project Accountant is responsible for the preparation of all donor financial budgets, financial donor and internal reports and forecasts in consultation with other relevant managers in BLM
HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
JOB PURPOSE:
The HR Officer reports to the Head of Human Resources and is responsible for carrying out routine and non routine HR processes. He/she ensures that all queries from BLM team members are answered promptly, complements the efforts of the HR assistant in maintaining accurate and complete employee records, retrieves and delivers data for monthly HR reports and stands in for the HR Manager in the latter’s absence. He/she also plays a key role by interpreting some aspects of Malawi Labour law as well as the BLM Rules and Regulations
